All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.
For orders under £50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Order Value £10.01 to £24.99 = £4.95
Order Value £25.00 to £34.99 = £5.95
Order Value £35.00 to £49.99 = £6.95

Many of our products — including hand poured candles, wax melts, and glass tumblers — are delicate. We pack every order carefully to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
